Nice lobby, great staff, but rooms needs some TLC

Room I stayed in was in need of some TLC. Toilet seat was old, chipped paint and needed to be replaced, entry door was hard to open, and bathroom door had seen better days. Management needs to pay attention to detail to make this hotel worth the cost. The attendant doing the breakfast was very attentive, hard working and pleasant. Front desk staff was professional especially the young lady who checked me on day of arrival. She acted quickly to get maintenance to help with the entry door. Maintenance guy was very professional, courteous and helpful.
Toilet seat needs to be replaced, cracked and chipped paint.

This is a very dated property. Room with very poor lighting, sink with no stopper, lock safe with dead battery, and staff that are totally disengaged playing with their phones. Avoid this choice.

Close to I95 and the Auto train in Lorton. Breakfast should be open past 9"30 am- appreciated 12 pm late check out.
