Elevator was out and computer glitched made checking in take 30 min. Decent area near everything. I’ll stay again and have before. This trip wasn’t ideal but it’s best choice in this town. The competition is sub par and alternative is a Hampton that is $80 more. So as a business traveler I pay for my own bookings so price is a factor. Breakfast is adequate. Super 8 is less money but no breakfast which when 2 are traveling buying breakfast makes the costs the same.

While our stay was ok, it is time for some updated to the building. The elevator didnt work, old carpet everywhere, and older finishes in the bathroom are just a few examples. Check in process was quick and the staff was very nice and helpful.

First of all I want to say the staff or Lack there was, did as good of a job as they could. I checked in about 430ish and the girl behind the counter greeted me right away. She was very friendly. Before checking in she advised me that the key machine was broken, and had been broken for a week.So if I left the room they would have to let me back in my room. Thought, some things happen, she then tried to book me in a handicap room. My wife took one look at the bathroom which had visible mold on this little ramp entering the bathroom. Wife instantly said get another room. Went to the lobby desk and advised them of our dissatisfaction with the room, they took me to another room with a King size bed in it. As I entered the room I noticed that there was a large red stain on the carpet. I advised the attendant that it looked like blood and she insisted it looked like grape juice. I am pretty sure it was blood. Anyway I took the room because there was not many locations in the area that were not booked. We brought our bags to the room and I went into the bathroom and noticed that there were several black hairs in the sink like someone had just shaved. I cleaned it up because I needed the room. We went out to eat and came back later that evening and the same attendants were still there. These poor girls were there all weekend. When leaving the elevator was out, had to take the stairs.

This hotel rating shouldn’t have this high of stars. Our bathroom toilet was off level from the floor. Lucky we just stay for a late night while traveling home. It was a quick night stay. Again, this hotel is not rated the right way. Don’t be fooled by the stars, I don’t know where they are getting such a high rating from.

This was the worst stay we have had. The staff was rude. Calling our room saying they had complaints about noise when we weren't even walking. We were just watching a movie. No towels and had to ask several times. Breakfast wasn't good. All over not worth the money

The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, when we brought it up to the staff we were only given a spray. The room itself was filthy, the mirror was all smudged, there was a bow on the floor from the previous guest, the towel in the bathroom had been cut in half and was unraveling, the couch had stains on it, and to top it off THERE WERE BED BUGS!! We addressed this with the front desk worker, who honestly could not have been more unqualified for a job in hospitality! She even told me that she normally she doesn't help people but since we had so many issues that she wanted to help, but all she did was call her manager, after we requested her to do so. We learned through overhearing the conversation with her manager that the hotel was recently under new management, so the positive reviews for this hotel must have been prior to this change. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We canceled our reservation due to a completely unacceptable dog fee. They wanted $75.00 for the pet charge. We received a cancellation letter number 544295266. That charge should be denoted on the hotels.com website. Please reverse the room charge of $98.68 for our non-stay dated June 1, 2025.

I will say that the gentleman named Tony who works for you was incredible to work with. Also the hotel attendant Naomi was also wonderful My room would be condemned by the health department for several reasons.

We arrived after midnight and our reservation ended up as the following day. I had made the reservation just passed midnight. The front desk was super nice and fixed it right away so check in was a breeze. The room was clean and had the most comfortable bed and pillows. I slept very comfortably. Breakfast was great! It was a pretty standard continental breakfast but delicious with plenty of food. The shower was really good and had enough pressure for us. The pool was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. Overall, the next time we're in Lincoln we will be staying there.
