The staff was super helpful and courteous. The room and public areas were superb. We did not use the pool but the area was neatly kept and very attractive (brightly colored and well lit). The hotel is located in a safe area, surrounded by woods, and overlooking the Connecticut River.

Nice room with separate living room. We enjoyed the gym, pool and hot tub. We stayed on second floor and there is only one elevator, so you have to wait sometime. I wish there is stairs to walk down.

One of many great nights at the D hotel! I’ve been a long time customer of their hotel, spa and restaurant. Beds are always comfy, rooms clean, and the Staff is always exceptionally welcoming. I’ve had the same gentleman check is in multiple times and he’s an absolute gem, never had I felt that important and welcomed at any other hotel. We did not have time to do any spa activities this trip but they are also very talented professionals and we recommend to anyone staying at the hotel!

We booked a 2 night stay with a King bed. Great rate of $72. Room 515. The room was located just off the elevator. The room was clean upon arrival. The flooring appears to be luxury vinyl and had a slightly raised or wavy felling under foot. The room lacked any artwork with exception of a round mirror at the far end of the room. It made the room feel very bland, and dated. The room looked nothing like any of the photos I received from the hotel itself. Bedding was mediocre at best. The room location was situated close to Interstate I-91 so road noise was prevalent. Attempted to use the fan on the Heat/AC unit to drown out the noise, but the fan only runs when cooling or heating, so that was a slight disappointment. Breakfast in the morning was offered starting at 6:30 am and was no additional charge. Selections included scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes. Other options included oatmeal, toast, bagels, fresh fruit and yogurt. Coffee is available 24 hours. The gym opens at 8:00 am due to its location above and next to customer rooms. The facility was quite small but had the basics. After the first night I expected housekeeping to replace towels, but that did not happen. I had to go to the front desk and ask for extra towels and hand soap to be brought up. I would probably consider a different hotel if I were to return to this area, but for $72 I really can’t complain too much. If I paid $100+ per night I would probably be a bit more harsh on my review.

The staff was very pleasant even those working on Christmas Day. Big kudos to the staff that got all the parking lots and access road cleared of the 5” of snow that fell overnight.

We were not able to attend because of a medical emergency. Customer service was non-existent, no one EVER answers at the front desk. Per hotels.com, I should have been charged $679. They could have been cool and allowed us to come in 6 weeks, instead they pulled $800 out of my account.
