Our room was on the second floor. Once you enter the hallway it smelled like “skunk”. Fortunately our room didn’t smell. Several of our lamps didn’t work. Everything looked like it needed a desperate facelift.

Worst Hotel Ever

Horrible customer service, Rooms are gross and furniture is broken, they tried to charge me a full night stay when I was only there for an hour trying to get a different hotel booked. There was nothing good about this place. Do not let them make you think it's a good place because the ratings are high it doesn't even deserve a 1 start. Oh and there pool was not clean.

Not worth price

Not worth the price. Found long black hairs in the bed under the mattress protector. Should have asked for refund - but needed sleep cause we’d been on the road a long time. Night clerk (man) didn’t seem very friendly. Morning clerk was nice - so, hubby told her about our experience and that we’d never be back. They didn’t have much of a variety of breakfast items besides.

Staff was pleasant. No elevator, hair dryer broken, no iron, run down and outdated furniture. Missing light bulbs. At 7 am food in breakfast room already depleted. Timer broken for bathroom heater lights, fridge was barely cold and loud. Woke us up several times. Bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy. Clean, just outdated.

We were here because of a power outage in our area. Check in was easy and room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with our key card. Took several attempts to open the door to our room. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of variety. Biscuits were cold and gravy was lukewarm. Thankful to have access to it though. Would probably come here again if needed.
