I was given a non-smoking room that clearly had been smoked in. I could both smell the smoke and see the visible signs of smoking having happened in the room. There were cigarette burn holes in the curtains, and one of the curtains had significant yellow staining. The outlet near the bathroom did not work and had clearly been burnt out. I brought these issues to the staff so that I would not be charged for items. They stated that they will review the room, and if they deem that everything is good, I will get my deposit back. I fear I am not going to get it for the issues that were in the room before my arrival. I would definitely shell out more to stay in a more reputable property in the future. The only thing good going for it was that the beds were comfortable and clean.

It was slightly below average.. The rooms are small and not really clean. There were minimal choices at the breakfast buffet, mostly just waffles and bagels and fruit in a cup. The coffee in the room is better than the coffee at the breakfast bar.

We booked a king bed when we got there we were told they told us they sold our room. We were offered a room with two queen beds but they were smaller double beds. Carpets were filthy. Room was worn out and outdated. The property smelled from people smoking. There were people arguing in the hallway late at night and management did nothing about it. Shower was also gross and the drain was backed up. Never staying there ever again. Terrible experience. Didn’t sleep at all from all the disturbances all night and when I called management nothing was done about it.

The sheets had black stains so we had to ask for new ones and then they didn’t even give us a bottom sheet. The electrical outlet by the desk was damaged and unusable. The desk chair fabric was ripped and deteriorated. Pool was closed despite warm weather.

The check in was slow. Had to post a $250 deposit hold on credit card that was not previously disclosed. Only one of our two pass cards keys worked. No maid service except to leave two clean towels in place of the 4 they removed. It is a room with regular bathroom / shower in one area and a jetted tub in a second area. Two towels? seriously? lol Was charged more than reservation indicated, besides the extra hold for deposit.
