This property did not match description and photos. Our stay was just adequate as we had a group of adult men. My wife would not have been hapt at all. Rooms were worn down and not perfectly clean. Mostly just stains and wear and tear that was neglected and not returned to new or like new condition. Booked through expe di a and we had 2 nights booked. Tried to cancel 2nd night that next morning but hotel nor exp alllowed the cancelation due to "policy", even tho hotel had a feee cancelation before 3pm on original reservation. Once checked in on day one we were "locked in". Its a ridiculous policy. Clerks we nice and bed comfortabe, but not at all what I hoped for.

The location was ideal for conference, but we had 6 rooms and one of them had ants in the bed. Gross and unacceptable. We will not be using again.

The room was great. They even had a laundry room which we used. The staff was absolutely amazing. Ms. g the housekeeper went above and beyond to talk to and take a few moments with my granddaughter and when we left that was her new friend

Worst stay I’ve had.

Gross. Very gross. Loud, thin walls. Loud, bad doors. Smell of cigarette smoke coming from the breeze way.
