THERE WERE NO WASH CLOTHS IN THE ROOM. ROOM WAS TOO CROWDED, I. E, NOT ENOUGH TO WALK AROUND COMFORTABLY BETWEEN THE SITTING AREA AND THE SLEEPING AREA. BREAKFAST WAS BELOW STANDARD SET BY OTHER EMBASSY SUITES I HAVE STAYED IN.

The actual property and hotels.com. are no help!!!

I was there with my fiance and three year old, we've noticed that night when I tried to bathe.My son said that there was no hot water, called, and they said to wait an hour. But my son in the shower, still cold. The next morning, before we went out, we wanted to shower. Still no hot water. The management said they were aware of it before we even checked in. I think we should have known before we checked in. No solution but, uh, a sad apology and and full charge
