A great place for the price!
I stayed for 2 days in November 2024. The price was so affordable that I was worried that it would be dirty and infested, but I trusted the good reviews. My expectations were exceeded. The free breakfast was as good as more expensive hotels like Hampton Inn. My room was fairly spartan, but clean. Both day and night shift employees were helpful and friendly. Surprisingly for the price, I never saw sketchy people about. My only complaint was that the bed linens were low thread-count and scratchy, but all in all I think this hotel is a terrific value and intend to stay there next time I'm in Springfield.

Economical stay
Good room for the price. The room we were given was a handicap room, which we didn't require. It was a nice room with mini fridge and microwave, however we booked a queen bed and the room was a double. We didn't complain but the bed was too small for us to sleep comfortably. The window's side trim was falling off and you could feel the cold air entering the room when standing close to the window. The breakfast choices were the usual, scrambled, (watery) eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, juice, etc. There was a nice machine on the outside that offered coffee and hot chocolate. We will stay here again when traveling to Springfield but make sure to get the bed we asked for.

Service was normal.Carpets clean. Breakfast was a little better than average for what you would expect for a moderate priced hotel. Walls good.Window extremely stained from moisture build up.Furniture, bathroom fixtures, and bed were outdated. Chair and ottoman had huge stains.Absolutely no excuse for having them in a room. Shows complete lack of attention (or concern).

Great price, Clean, Nice Bed, Hot Breakfast included scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, milk, juices, and more. We saved $20 by having a great breakfast at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location.

My sister and I stayed here while visiting family for a reunion. The staff was friendly, our rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for the Marriott, then, no, this will not suit you🙄( Saying this because some people expect too much at times) But, it was a very quant , homey place to stay with a very good price. Purchased through Expedia for $72 a night/ double queen bed.
