We liked our spacious king suite with small kitchen. The breakfast as pretty typical but served in a large un-decorated room with coffee & juice down the hall. The business office compute & printer didn’t work for me. The staff couldn’t fix it, but helped me get my print The yard had weeds next to busy roadways.

The staff was excellent, especially Debbie at the front desk. The room was clean and quiet despite under going renovations/updates right now. Definitely going to stay here again.

This was our first time staying at a Greenstay and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, staff were friendly, and area felt safe. The breakfast had plenty of options too! I’d definitely stay here again!

The front desk attitude at check in was less than desirable. They gave away my room to another guest and had to scramble to find a room. The dark haired girl had the most condescending attitude about buying snacks or asking for an extra blanket. Someone was running up and down the hallway above us in boots at 3am. That was a rude awakening. It shook the whole hotel. Rooms were clean but small. Breakfast wasnt bad but no attendant so it was an absolute mess with trash overflowing. Overall it was average at best and okay for just one night but definitely not worth $150.

Check in easy and staff friendly. Bath tub had quite a few black hairs in tub and on the walls from a previous guest. 0600 breakfast start was more like 0645 and we had to go, so were unable to partake. The included breakfast was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, so pretty disappointed. Bed comfortable.

They are updating this property so don’t look for the picture you see online. It’s very clean staff is wonderful they went above and beyond keeping us safe when the tornado sirens started going off. They were calm cool and collected and extended our checkout time till we felt safe to head out. And yes a tornado did touch down 5 minutes away from us. You will be safe and treated like family here!!
