This is the best Hampton Inn property I’ve stayed at by far. Check in and service was fantastic, breakfast was consistently good and we used the gym facilities one day and the quality of their equipment was top notch. Hotel staff and cleaning crew were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

This is one of the best Hampton Inn's.
This Hampton was much better than expected. The staff was very helpful, the food surprisingly good, and an enjoyable stay.

Reservations were not followed through with the motel by Expedia, so when we arrived we had no reservations however everything had been confirmed with us by Expedia. The hotel clerk searched to find the answers. We were able to have a room.

Hampton Inns are my hotel of choice and this one didn't disappoint. Beds were extremely comfortable, hotel was clean, staff attentive. Breakfast was hot, food was plentiful & fresh with good variety. Wheelchair accessible room checked off all the boxes: good bed height for transferring, plenty of room to maneuver, roll in shower very easy to use. Would definitely stay here again when my travels bring me back to Springfield.
