Location was fine for what I needed. Room was clean. That said... Hotel is outdated. Mobile check-in did not work. Mobile check-out did not work. Breakfast offered is a joke. Charge for dog was charged incorrectly, so an Unrecognized amount was charged to my card with no explanation until I asked at the front desk. Disappointment. And, certainly not worth the price.

Check-in problem
Upon check-in, the front desk clerk gave us a ground floor room next to the elevator room. I asked to be moved but the clerk claimed they were full. Upon composing to another employee, we were give a new room. We should not have had to get through this problem.

The room reeked of pet odor. They charge $75 for a pet and clearly do not use it to clean the rooms. I started sneezing the minute that I entered the room, and then had allergic reactions for hours afterward. Otherwise the stay was fine. The breakfast and coffee were ok.

Overall, good stay. Rooms are nice and updated. Stayed on the top floor, floors squeaked when I walked. I 6'1" 220. Not sure the people below me liked it when I was up late and early to rise.

Warm welcome upon arriving. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Free breakfast every morning. Free coffee all day. Parking was very easy, hotel was pretty easy to accessible. Overall was a good stay, would stay again

Everything was excellent - the breakfasts were excellent - service was great - unfortunately my soda exploded in the refrigerator which was on the 2nd shelf of the fridge but the stuff on the top shelf didn’t freeze - go figure - other than that everything was perfect

The property is tucked back from the main road so not really any road noise. It is convenient to the highway and some shopping. Just a few miles up the road are some restaurants and shops in both directions.

Stayed here visiting UMass Amherst. Nice hotel with great parking, breakfast and amenities. The staff was nice and enjoyed the exercise room with a Peloton.
