Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Water should be available in lobby, as well as coffee. Hotel rooms do not have a microwave which would be nice. Also, there are no towel bars or hooks in bathroom.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Everyone there was very nice. They are still trying to get their act together with their restaurant bar area. They are not fully stocked at the bar with liquor and bar glasses. I ordered a Cosmo, which was not that great and very very small. The bartender kept telling us they’re waiting for supplies to come in.

The fridge in our room (722) was not cold so we contacted the front desk and were told someone would be up to look at it and no one ever came. The second day we called again and still no one showed up. The lobby is nice and welcoming but the rooms are cramped and run down.

The Check in Manager Aaron would not honor my reservation by not allowing me to pay the incidental fee ($50) with a friend's card over the phone. I had to sleep in the car, the temp was around 40 that night. Terrible Customer service. This is a hotel?

Overall, it was fine for what I needed, a stop overnight to split up a long drive. Easy parking and lots of stuff nearby at the mall.Staff were all very friendly. BUT...the A/C in the room was insanely noisy for producing a wildly underwhelming coolness (unless I was right near it or had it run all night...good luck sleeping with that racket). The pillows were both insanely soft and lumpy (it's 2025...we can stop doing this now, gang). And all the sheets and comforter were like being stuffed into a sack that didn't breathe at all. Small stuff like bedding is a simple upgrade that can make a place stand-out as opposed to just being one of many choices. Just sayin.
