Staff was welcoming upon arrival, my bed was super comfortable, and not a lot of noise considering the hotel was full. Breakfast was a highlight although the waffle machine was broken and generic cereal was used with name brand labels. Love the Dove products. Overall good experience and I would return.

The hotel was freezing cold, the rooms across the hall doors were open when we arrived and same when we left, doors open being held open by dirty laundry. The room had stained carpet, broken and loose tiles in the bathroom and the heater for the room was so loud that we eventually unplugged it using a space heater for heat. The staff was polite but not really concerned with the heater issue. Breakfast was very good but the room conditions were surprisingly subpar for the Holiday Inn franchise.
