Apparently the name changed between the. booking and they stay. Communication would have been nice, no one answered the phone to verify so we had to go out of our way to stop there to verify. Had we known how run down the rooms were, we would have paid a little more to stay at a nicer place. Cost/budget friendly with nice staff.

This is NOT a Holiday Inn Express. It is a Comfort Suites Inn. The location is excellent. I did not feel as safe and comfy as I do in Holiday Inn Express, so I was disappointed. Reported to Expedia and asked them to fix but they are still showing it as Holiday Inn Express. Has been reported multiple Times according to other reviews so ‘get er done’ Expedia. I’ll be booking with IHG direct from now on.

First off, this is not a Holiday Inn. Hotels.com catfished me into booking this hotel as they listed it as a Holiday Inn Express. It is now a Comfort Inn, and has long since lost any of the luster it previously held when it was a Holiday Inn. It’s worn down, smells like mold, and is overall in worn and neglected condition. The staff were nice and friendly.

This turned out fine, but Expedia had this hotel as a Holiday Inn Express, it is NOT. It is a Comfort Inn, so that was a bit confusing when we were looking for a Holiday Inn Express and found a Comfort Inn at the address. They had our reservation and it worked out fine.

This is not a Holiday Inn Express as advertized. It has been a Comfort Inn since 2019. Dirty cleaning rags were hanging in the shower. The shampoo was empty. The pool was out of service.

The reason I'm giving this property a 1 star review is because it is not a Holiday Inn Express!! It is now a Comfort Inn. Google Maps had us going in circles looking for a Holiday Inn. Surprise, it doesn't exist. Not even the same family of hotels for people booking for points. There is also not a hot tub. The stay was fine for the price, the staff was nice, but this listing needs updated by someone to reflect what you are actually booking.

Check in was easy! Our room was nice, beds were comfy and clean. Pressure in the shower was nice. Spotted an area of mold by the shower (probably due to poor ventilation) but not a big deal. Had a TV, microwave and a fridge which was great. We were right by the breakfast room which had decent food. Location is very nice, right off the highway and by a gas station and a couple little restaurants. Overall would stay here again!
