When we arrived, after making a reservation 7 weeks in advance, our room keys didn't work. After 3 trips to the front desk to get new keys made, the custodian came up and used a wire to open the security latch, which had been secured from the inside. He made A LOT of noise, as it was necessary to keep slamming the door and took 8 tried to unseat the lopck. When we entered the room WHICH WAS REGISTERED ON YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM TO ME,

The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was filling. The coffee was good. The shower was hot with good pressure. The parking lot was hard to identify and find available spaces in. This was in walking distance of the mgm casino and close to the big e. Staff were friendly.

The staff was very friendly. I love that breakfast was from 6 AM to 10 AM. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would gladly stay here again anytime I’m in town.

This is a good hotel for those on a budget. Very clean, nice staff, decent free breakfast. The rug in our room needs a good cleaning and the curtain was frayed but otherwise the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Hallway noise was very noticeable but nothing disturbing. Free parking about a block away.

The building is kind of old and a bit run down. The lobby is shabby. However, the person I checked in with was incredible. I arrived very early and she accommodated my request to get a room. She was friendly and responsive to questions that I asked.

This hotel is backed up to and next to a 24-hour commercial trucking company. All we heard all night was beeping from semi trucks backing up all night into the morning picking up trailers. the beeping from the trucks was loud and constant. also the gym was closed due to the AC not working and to top it off my wife wasn't able to make waffles in the a.m. because they didn't have any waffle mix. would not stay there again...use pink below to see pics from out the room window.

We had a second floor room that was right outside the coffee shop bar restaurant that played music till almost 3:30 in the morning on the Sunday night we were there so I can't really say we had a very restful night because the music was very loud and it was not insulated enough in the room to not hear it

I stayed here on a solo trip for work and it was actually really nice! The property and rooms were very clean. The front desk worker was very nice and friendly. The parking was plentiful and very easy. The breakfast was very good as well! I’ll definitely be staying here for my future trips to Springfield.
