Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Springfield, walking distance to MGM Casino. Across from the Mutual Center and all the beautiful bright lights. Coffee 24 hrs. & very good breakfast. Room was spacious it felt more like a nice studio apartment rather than a hotel room. Didn't like that the parking is away from the property. Parking definitely needs upgrade.

My room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and other shopping. I never felt uneasy walking around downtown Springfield, even at night. Quick access to interstates, both N-S & E-W. If you're a fan of casinos, the MGM Springfield is a one minute walk from the hotel. The parking lot is a short block away from the hotel and is well-lit. I would recommend this hotel. Next time I travel to the Springfield area, this is where I'll stay.

Comfortable rooms with nice beds. The breakfast is great, especially when traveling as a family. This was my second stay here and the only disappointment was I never had more than luke warm water in the shower at night and in the morning. I never called the desk to ask why.

Not in a safe area. My belongings in the car was robber after parking in the holiday inn parking lot. After hearing about this incident from me, the staff was very unconcerned about this incident. I will never go back to this place again.
