Guest services were very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was hot and good. Hotel is a bit dated, but walking distance to MGM casino. Pool was not the cleanliest, there was several globs of hair and no towels. Elevators were much smaller than expected and could use some service. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Checkin lady was on her personal phone with earbuds talking to someone and pretty much did not greet or talk to me except a short word or two instructions and tossed my paperwork to me. Never been treated those rude before. I guess that’s the best they have in Springfield MA. Luckily check out lady was much nicer in the morning.
