The surfaces and linens were clean. But the carpet, upholstered chair and spots in the wall were gross. Curtains ripped, grout coming up in bathroom. Needs maintenance.

Best place I have ever stayed with my mom as she is restricted to a wheelchair. The staff was amazing the breakfast food was delicious. The rooms were so clean and had everything we need. The handicap room was so spacious. The staff put us in the front of the building due to our handicap needs. Highly recommended. This place is amazing Love it

The hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast was packed but they were refilling often. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but I guess that’s what you get next to a casino. We saved money, like a lot of money, by staying here and walking over to the casino!

The Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located a block away from the casino. The hotel was great, but Springfield, Massachusetts is not the safest place. The city suffers with an increase of homeless people that one would not expect. There's nothing the hotel can do about this problem. I would highly recommend the hotel.
