Clean, comfortable and 5 star service!

Our experience was great! Tynesia and Brittany were amazing! They were helpful with us having booked one reservation for Thurs night, and another reservation for Fri and Sat... they made us a priority to get a room before 3:00 on Friday. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was really really good. Shower water was hot. Rooms were quiet. All around a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, and it made our visit to UMass even more enjoyable.

At breakfast a lot of pastries had run out and I was just told well we are busy there’s no more left this was at 9:20am and breakfast is until 10. I know the hotel was busy prices were high and it was move in at UMASS. Also in your room, it gives instructions on how to access Apple TV and Netflix. I couldn’t do this so I called for assistance and when the guy came, he explained that is not on offer even though it says it is. They just have very limited channels.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years while helping our children settle in at UMass each fall. The location is ideal for parents, the staff are consistently professional, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is always excellent. A truly convenient and reliable choice.

I spent four nights in hotel umass. Very convenient location and parking. Worcester Cafe is just across street and you can eat free if your college child is on meal plan. Highly recommended.

It’s great that the university supports an on campus hotel. Staff was friendly and responsive, property is extremely convenient to all points in Amherst. Everything was clean and well maintained, but with that said a refresh should be in the 5 year plan.
