Hotel was nice and what I was expecting. However I booked the room 2 months before my trip. After booking a storm damaged the pool and hot tub area. The pool/hot tub is the reason I chose this hotel. I was not notified that these amenities would be unavailable. I feel like either the hotel or especially Expedia should have communicated with me.

Not pleased

No house keeping to empty trash or bring fresh towels. Only 3 small pillows the bed felt like it was a full size instead of a queen The complementary coffee was nasty even the breakfast wasn't up to par. The orange juice was good and to be able to eat the sausage patties you had to put syrup on them. The tub dont drain fast enough with the shower running. Only one elevator worked. Didnt stay for the pool or hot tub as they were down for maintenance at the wrong time of the year. Definitely wasnt worth the money so i will never stay again. The people at the front desk was always kind and friendly which is the only thing going for this particular hotel

Bad weather

Due to bad weather in the area there was no power. The sraff was very kind to come out and tell us before we got out of our vehicle. I can't give the room a rating but the staff was great.

Room was clean and staff was polite. We checked in and staff sent us to the 3rd floor where there was construction going on. We were then moved to the 2nd floor. We had kids and they were excited about swimming but then we found out that the pool was closed and with no for warning was a bit of a bummer.

Everything was nice about the property. The staff was friendly. It was a beautiful newer well kept motel, except we had park and fly and they were not able to deliver us at our time and they knew the time and they didn’t contact us ahead of time we did not use that service and I wouldn’t recommend it
