They need to work on cleaning rooms and fixing things. Elevator was broken and the doors to the stairs where very hard to open.

I don’t know really…

The elevator was out of service, and there was no proper contingency planning for emergencies. The lady at the front desk seemed unprepared and unsure of what to do. The hotel flooded during the night, causing panic, and there was no clear communication or resolution of the issue. I had to leave early in the morning, but at 6:05 AM, the breakfast buffet was not set up, and the staff member didn’t even seem aware of the time.

Room was good size for the price and did sleep well. However, the table/desk had something sticky or leftover food on it, 1 of the outlets did not have a proper cover on it and was exposed, the pieces that cover the screws on the grabbars in the shower are not even attached (neither is the one on the closet door), 1 of the closet door handles was broke and door did not open, water spicket in the shower was really lose and almost thought was going to break when turning the shower on, fridge was dirty, the elevator sounds like its just a matter of time before the cords snap and it drops (plus the code is outdated that is posted in the elevator). Out of all of this, i was pretty skeptical but we travel alot so i thoroughly check everything and at least i can say that i did not find any bugs..

Check in was a breeze. Our room was what we had booked. The room smelled fresh but the hallway smelled like cigarettes. There’s a large water stain on the bathroom ceiling.

It stated our room would have a tub/shower combo and it only had a shower. The hallway of the second floor smelled like weed so bad. Heard dogs barking. Found a dead bug in a drawer. The bathroom door was hard to keep shut and lock didnt work. The breakfast options sucked. Water damage to ceiling above shower.
