I gave the manager an opportunity to reach out before posting my review, but they did not. The first room we were given had VERY stained mattresses, stained linens/towels, a comforter that looked filthy, dirty walls, no shower curtain, and a toilet that did not flush well. I have pictures. We requested a different room on a floor other than the 2nd floor(our daughter's team had multiple rooms on that floor and they were all very dirty). After 3 hours, we finally got a different room on the 3rd floor. Still dirty, but at least the mattresses were decent. My husband and I, as well as multiple teams from our town, went to Walmart and bought sheets, covers, and towels because nobody wanted to use the stained ones provided. Also, they only have 1 person working the desk during prime check-in time hence why it took 3 hours to get a different room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had my daughter not been there with her team, we certainly would have left after seeing the condition of the rooms.

Awesome service. The hotel lacked maintenance repairs and small cleaning spots but I am particular and OCD about cleaning. Overall it was a great looking hotel. Great customer service.

Elevator broken

I checked in with my 67 year old mother and wasn’t told until after we checked in that the elevator wasn’t working properly. They put us on the third floor and we had to walk up and down the steps several times. I even saw a woman with a walker having to use the stairs. According to other reviews the elevator had been broken for several days before I arrived. The girl working the front desk was amazing. She was running up and down the stairs to get the elevator for people. I’m not sure how you can be ADA compliant without a working elevator.

The check in process was not the problem; but was told the elevator wasn’t working properly right after my credit card was processed. I am in my mid 70’s and walking up and down 3 flights of stairs was miserable; especially carrying luggage and other items. I thought they would have considered the elevator a priority for their guests but no one was working on it over the weekend while I was there. I was very disappointed; and I think they should have had it worked on immediately when they knew it wasn’t working properly. Is there not an elevator company that could have been called? Found 2 exit doors on the side and back of the building that were not secure; didn’t need to swipe my passkey to enter.

Disappointed

After we paid for our room we were told the elevator was not working. They put us on the second floor. Did not offer to help bring our luggage up. I have back /hip issues and I was with my 70 year old mother. If they would have informed us the elevator was down prior to checking in we would have gone someplace else. Not ideal for our situation. Sat in the chair in our room and about fell backwards. Overall experience was disappointing!

Elevator

The elevator wasn’t working all the time and we had a couple of people who coukdnt do the stairs. No reason for this to happen. We were there a year ago and had elevator problems. Looks bad on corporate that they don’t seem to care
