We stay at this hotel often! They never disappoint. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recomend to anyone who just wants to get away for a short or long trip will stay again.

I did not know until check-in that this facility charges a $150 deposit due to me being a local resident. I also reserved a King Accessible room, but was assigned 2 Queen non-accessible room. I was then moved to a King Executive room, but it still was not accessible. A tile was broken in the bathroom right in front of the sink. Their solution was to put a heavy mat over it.

We didn’t even check in! We were there for my granddaughters Ball Tournament for overnight and 2 days of ball playing arrived Saturday played 1 game and a storm came and rained out the rest of the weekend . I talked with the front desk and ask if we still had to pay for something we weren’t going to use and were told yes . We couldn’t cancel our reservation ahead we had no idea it would storm . So due to unforeseen circumstances I thought an exception might be in order . So we drove home and still got charged ! Not Happy
