We were impressed from the moment we walked in till the time we left.. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Even our interactions with the guests were pleasant! We stayed on the third floor which is a business reserved floor and it was quiet and just a lovely stay overall.

Staff is very friendly. Elevator was a bit iffy. There was no ice machine on the second floor, and a heavy footed guest was above our room- all night! When I told a staff member the next day, he said to call the front desk if that ever happened again and he would take care of it. That was really nice.

Floor noise you can hear in your room below. Very
It was okay. We were on the second floor and the floor above, actually the room above us they must have been practicing clod hopping from bed to bed. It was about 4am before they settled down. We did not complain to the desk as it probably would have caused them to be even louder. The installation or whatever the hotel has for a sound barrier between floors is very poor and it must be very skimpy as the noise level was bad.

Great staff and good location. Only complaint was when the hotel doors shut, they slam. So any time someone came and went late at night, it would slam shut and wake me up. Other than that, hotel is great.
