I feel that the staff was not helpful for customers new to a cascino hotel. A brief explanation of the amenities the hotel and cascino had to offer would have been great but we basically checked in and were left to our own devices. It would have been great for staff to go over the dining options and to explain how the cascino operates (a brief overview of how to use the cascino) or direct us to someone within the cascino to tell us how to gamble! We spent 2 hours walking around trying to figure out how to use the slot machines before we asked a security guard who directed us to an information desk, who told us to use a kiosk..... we did all that and our gambling card still did not work. We played some blackjack, gave up trying to figure out how to use the machines and got some food at the sports bar. The food was not good but the atmosphere was lively.
Parking at the hotel was hard to find. Took us at least 30 minutes driving in circles to find it.
For almost 500.00 per night, totally not worth it
