I arrived very late and left very early but the staffed front desk was helpful, the room was certainly clean and had been recently remodeled. There were new key card locks on the doors. I would stay again, and the price was right too!

The young lady at check in helped me work through a confusing booking mix up. The room was recently remodeled and very clean. The bed was brand new and very comfortable. They've only been open for a short time but things are looking like a decent start

It was hard to find as there is a second property nearby with the same name, but the actual property was amazingly clean and brand new. Check in was easy and the TV was brand new. Pillows and mattress seemed like they were also new.

The AC didn't work. It was basically a fan. The so-called Extended Stay Hotel is basically a full-size refrigerator put into a dinky room. The price was nice. But not as advertised especially on a rainy, muggy night.

It isn’t for travelers. Several weekly/monthly tenants. It’s very uneasy to stay at a motel that has police cars frequently driving thru the lot.

I think this property has some really great potential. The king size bed that I was given was incredible. The height of the bed was a little irregular because I almost wasn’t tall enough to climb into it. The room was freshly painted and was incredibly clean, but it could’ve used an extra trash basket in the bathroom I think in time this will be an excellent property.

Economy yes, not suite. It’s an old motel 6 I think. Not a bottled water to be had, not even a plastic cup, no joking. Recently updated sleeping area, bathroom had not been updated, is small, but clean enough for a guy.

The hotel wasn’t even open when we arrived we had to drive down the street and when we got there they told us our reservation was not available so we drove to Joplin over a hour away and found another hotel never again will I book a reservation with Expedia

Not very professional at all. Said they had rooms available. Booked the room got there and then they told me that they were sold out. I had already paid for the room through hotels.com. Luckily, hotels.com did take their time with me and find me another room. Now is an hour and two minutes on the phone with them. But they definitely came through. But obviously this hotel had just been bought out recently.

I can’t fully rate the room, because Expedia messed up all around!!! They gave me confirmation of reservation, but the property did not have it! They were totally booked and I didn’t have a room after having driven over 10 hours and it was very late! The property person was abrupt and almost rude and hung up on me!!

The rooms AC barely works to keep up with the summer heat that’s coming in. The TV doesn’t connect to their WiFi and their WiFi doesn’t reach the second building. So no tv. No WiFi. To top it off, their only amenities offered are two small packets of conditioner and shampoo and a really small bar of hand wash/body wash. The only nice thing about the stay was how clean and polished the rooms are.

The rooms were clean but you can tell they are still in the refurbishing stage. The only issue I had was the night I stayed that I was unable to book through the app I was charged more and the hold on my debit card has taken awhile to be reimbursed. I will be going there in person today to hopefully get it corrected. I was told the room would be 53 but was actually 60 as well.

People were blasting loud music from their rooms, cigg butts and dirty q Tip on ground was reported to staff but nothing done about it. Went to use towels after shower had long hairs on them looked dirty. Could smell smoke in my room oddly after my card stopped working and I dont smoke. The TV was large and room was clean other than..the dirty possibly used towels but the property was nasty.
