Location was ideal while visiting family in Holyoke. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Coffee in the lobby was great for my coffee addicted mother and I. Overall a great price for a quick visit

The whole building had a smell was a lot. There was a hole in the wall in the room, loose outlets, the carpet was damp, mold in the bathroom, WiFi didn’t work at all, plastic on the mattress, tv remote didn’t have a back in it, and breakfast was minimal. Pretty sure there were a couple people living there. The staff I interacted with were helpful.

This hotel is in serious need of updating. Beds are old and uncomfortable, bathrooms are from the 60s and furniture beat up. Nothing bad to say about the staff, but the facility was awful.

Do not stay here. This place is so outdated and not kept up. It smelled old and musty with a hint of cigarette smoke. The sheets were clean at least but I did not feel comfortable in the room. Old dark carpeting. And the tv didn’t even work. I was too tired to to ask them to come fix it. I’m appalled they can charge so much for such a place. Not quality
