Great staff - very nice. However, the pictures shown in the summary do not reflect the very poor condition of the rooms. They are aged, ceiling is stained and failing and not clean. I had to fix the toilet while I was there as the chain came off of the flushing mechanism. The upper balcony level concrete is failing in several areas and safety would be a concern. The bed frames look like "hideabed" metal pull outs placed over the top of what used to be a wooden platform of sorts. Pictures refelct a spacious carpeted room. These are nothing like in the picture and are a vinyl flooring. I do not recall whether it was mentioned that these are exterior room entries. Price was overly high for the poor quality of rooms.

The breakfast was very good ,hot and plentyful. A variety of hot and cold items. Except no bacon. Lol. Sausage though. It wasn't as clean as I hope after entering the room. But it didn't smell and the sheets were clean. Towels could be softer. But it was ok.

The staff seemed very friendly for the most part. There was a problem with the tv and the lady at the front desk came up and fixed it at around 10 at night. Plus we were able to do my husband’s laundry from the hospital without charge.

The hotel was run down and nasty. Walls are paper thin and it’s clear that this property’s best days are behind it. Got woken up earlier than planned by two employees five doors down smoking and talking. Couldn’t care less that I was woken up. Will never stay here or recommend this motel.
