The room i was allocated at first was on the second floor, a double bed was not clean at all, it smelled terrible, i almost threw up. I requested another room and the reception staff was really nice about switching to another room that was much cleaner.The breakfast area felt small for such a big hotel but otherwise the service was great the staff were nice and friendly.

Check in started bad, was never notified that I would have to leave a deposit for $250 since I’m just shy of 21. The pool area had no towels, the hot tub was filled with junk and the bottom was scraping off. Our shower door in our bathroom leaked so it got our bathroom floor wet. The front desk lady was very rude. I will never recommend or stay at this property ever again. Very bad experience.
