We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sleep Inn & Suites. The staff were super friendly and eager to meet our needs. The room was tastefully decorated, the beds comfortable, and all was clean and welcoming. The breakfast provided several food options. We would surely stay again when in the area.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There was no one working the front desk so I sat there about an hour and a half. It was a huge hassle checking in- normally hotels work with travel nurses and allow a grace period of a couple hours. The front desk man was not very friendly but eventually let me check in early for an additional $10. It was super noisy and stayed on the second floor and people were stomping around all day while I was trying to sleep. Never staying here again, I’m not sure how it has such great reviews.

The Gem of Jacksonville
Staff friendly and knowledgeable . Property in excellent condition inside and out. Rooms were spacious. The bed wasn't as cloudlike as I'd hoped but that's nothing major. The hotel is on the outskirts of Jacksonville by a couple of trucks stops and other lodging. Town and all of its offerings are a mere 3 miles away. Every store and restaurant one could need right there.
