We had NO TOWELS. Not even a hand towel upon check in. And very little toilet paper. When we asked for towels we were told that the laundry wasn’t ready yet. So we checked out at 8:30 am without a shower……. Supremely disappointed. No discount or refund. And our room was 65. Thermostat was set to 70 but the a/c wouldn’t shut off…..

The air conditioning didn’t work-room was 85 degrees. No bath towels-when went to desk only had one towel and one washcloth-clerk said rest in dryer. No shampoo or bar of soap. Room was clean and bed was comfortable

A maintenance person could spend months repairing things. Rooms are not made up daily, rooms need a thorough cleaning. Elevator carpet is disgusting. No amenities in bathrooms. I could go on and on.

All of the staff was very helpful and so polite. Answered our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted to see downtown was walkable. Very nice experience.

We've stayed here a few times, good hotel in general. Was clean, but the usual (hygiene supplies) were not provided. Breakfast was minimal...get there early.

It was horrible!!! a weekend get away over priced. No soap in bathroom room wasn’t ready when checkin started had to downgrade room. Breakfast ran out of food 20 minutes prior to breakfast ending. Noisy slamming doors all night loud people.

There was no soap or shampoo in the room, the room had not been dusted and dirt/dust on the coffee pot. The evening desk clerk was a gentleman and brought us soap and shampoo and extra towels.

Property was good, room was good, breakfast was served without milk as "the delivery truck is on its way" - no milk for coffee, no milk for cereal - a grocery run for a $4.99 jug of milk would have saved them from this fail but nobody bothered. Also trains passing through town use horn in the middle of the night. Not fault of the hotel but something to consider for light sleepers.
