There were stink bugs in room. Loved pool because water was warm & highest depth was 5 ft. Perfect for our 3 great grandchildren. Liked the size of the 2 queen suite.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I travel a lot and this is by far the worse!! I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they made me take a room with a king bed for 3 adults!! Said since my service dog is more than 20 lbs than they have to charge me for animal fee. They even got a copy of my service dog paperwork!! The check in clerk was rude cuz I had a hard time understanding him with his accent and I'm profoundly deaf.
