Staff friendly and courteous. Appears nice on photos. Breakfast was cereal. Carpet needs replacing. It is worn in hallways and there was a dark stain on it in room. Toilets and tub were clean but worn. Room was clean. Bedding clean.

Not with the low rate!

This place is in horrible condition and should not even be a half star rating. It smells like smoke throughout the entire hotel and the room even the though we requested “non-smoking” the carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. We walked in the room and walked right back out and got a refund.

We were just passing through and stopped here to get some sleep. It was quiet, clean and convenient to the interest. We slept comfortably and got up the next morning and was back on the road in no time.

The sheets smelled great freshly bleached but the middle layer of the bed spread needed a little bit of an upgrade. The cable also didn't want to work. Several times we had to power down and re-start when it would actually start

This is an older hotel that always some smoking rooms. It’s a non-busy area; somewhere to stay outside of Springfield out of the traffic. This place is perfect. And the guys running the front desk extremely helpful and accommodating.

Perfect Place to Relax

I loved this place. It was convenient, parking was perfect even with my "rig" of a truck and car towing behind. Staff was super in terms of helpfulness to find a good place to eat within walking distance, which turned out to be a FABULOUS Mexican restaurant/bar. I would stay here any future visit.

Spend extra money & stay in Springfield

To start with, both young men in the office were very polite, and made you welcome. That's where we will leave it. Traveled in cold January. Window in room was permanently screwed open 1/4" or better. Plastic "deflector" on wall HVAC unit was broke with half of it missing.Not an issue of efficiency but just sad it is like that! Had to leave fan running to drown out the noise of the xway and neighbors next door talking on phone until maybe 3am? Hole in drywall in ceiling (probably due to a plumbing repair above) was cheaply taped in place and coming apart! Room had an odd/old smell to that was masked by some odorant of some kind. Breakfast was cold cereal, and an assortment of packaged snacks, muffins, etc.
