The walls are thin. I did not sleep all night my neighbors TV kept me awake coupled with the kids running around the halls until 11 PM. For what I paid this place was the worse.

Room was clean and good breakfast! Downside was that I could hear my neighbor snoring all night. Even with the room fan on Good location with many food and shopping options.

Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It was perfect for our visit to the area for Smith College's parent weekend (I waited too long to make lodging reservations and couldn't get anything closer to Northampton). There was minimal storage for clothing (i.e., no dresser) but that wasn't an issue for just a weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is modern design. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, included also self nade pancakes. We also used the laundry machine (operated by quarters). We went to the Six Flags park that was 15-20 minutes driving.

Our TV wouldn't work, which wasn't a huge deal, but the staff was on it. They came right to the room to check it, and were very apologetic and accommodating in making up for it. Customer service is outstanding here!

The Game Area was a bonus to the excellent service
My kids loved the game area with the foosball table, board games and puzzles. We used the swimming pool and my kids loved the various fun seating arrangements that they could try each day. Usually we sleep in a hotel and leave hut this was fun to hang out in as well. Definitely recommend this place!
