The first night was awful loud couldn’t sleep the people next door and across , had to sleep with my tv on 60 and still could hear at times paid for a tub accessible room and I thought when u pay to hold a room that’s the point but on the day of got a call that room wasn’t available, this was a staycation to soak a relax . Tub was the main idea . Other than that ya I enjoyed one day if that .

Breakfast was pretty good overall. I didn’t really like the pancake from the pancake machine — it was a little too chewy for my taste. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the hotel was clean. I especially loved the vibrant designs and colors that beautifully represented Chicopee and Springfield. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a microwave.

Check in was great but then a group of kids came in I guess there was a birthday party in the lobby which I found odd but whatever. The kids were unsupervised by any adults screaming and jumping to the pool with no regard of the others using the pool with smaller kids. After “quite time” hours which start at 10pm people were throwing parties in the rooms near by so they were loud. It was just a bad experience I wished I would have booked else where or just stayed home.

The room was fine, simple, and clean. I was just an overnight stay, and it fit the bill. There were some strange spots on the bathroom wall and liquid-stain marks around the living area wall. This was a little off-putting.
