  I booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia yesterday for my guests, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When my guests arrived, they immediately noticed that: The beds were uncomfortable The carpet was dirty The rooms smelled very bad, and the odor extended throughout the entire hotel The furniture was old and worn out The environment was noisy and unpleasant. My guests told me it was a very bad experience, and they would never stay at this hotel again. As the person who booked the rooms, I feel very sad and embarrassed that I placed them in such poor conditions. This is not the quality of stay I expected when booking through Expedia, and I believe both Expedia and the hotel should be aware of how disappointing this was. Sincerely, Asma omer

Clean, But Disruptive

Front desk staff were helpful, quick, polite, and overall--great. Room was nice, clean, spacious, and well-stocked. My main complaints are: 1) There were noises all throughout the night (most of which didn't come from other guests, so that isn't an excuse) 2) Housekeeping tried to come into the room at 8:30 AM and then again at 9:30 AM. I don't feel like I need to put out the "Do Not disturb" sign for people to know that most guest are in the room and asleep at 8:30...?
