Paid in full online, refused entry because I didn’t have my credit card on hand. Refused to refund me the money, however Expedias customer service went above and beyond in the late hours of the night to help. Unfortunately, as I didn’t even step foot in a room, I didn’t get my $200 back.

This was a delightful stay all around. Clean, modern room with great TV and very comfortable bed; friendly service, guest laundry. Safe upscale area surrounded by medical campuses, dining options nearby.

Loved this hotel. Very nice and clean. But the pool! So tiny. I have traveled for work, 48 weeks out of the year, and I’ve never seen a pool this small!

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and even remembered what are plans were when we checked out and asked how the trip was. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Would stay here again!
