I was impressed by the hotel and would stay there again. I had one minor fault in the room with a stuck plug in the bathroom basin but that was quickly rectified. Car parking was excellent and the house staff were excellent. About the only negatives were that the pillows were too big and it would have been better if a softer option was available - mind you I didn't ask so maybe one is available from the desk. The other issue was that I simply don't like the style where there is a sliding window between the bedroom and bathroom - it does transfer more light to the bathroom but if someone gets up in the middle of the night and turns a light on then it illuminates the bedroom....

Great location to enjoy the Illuminations of North Terrace, Rymill Park, Botanical Gardens and Zoo, as well as dinisg options around Rundle Street and East Terrace. Very clean, comfoy bed, and plenty of hot water with good shower pressure.

Overall, a nice hotel if you're looking to stay in Adelaide on a reasonable budget. The check-in process took a bit long, but the staff were super friendly. Great location and lots of eating and shopping options nearby.

Oh my goodness. Our king bed was the most comfortable bed. Very important in my opinion. All the staff were lovely. Highly recommend.
