All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Clean and family friendly

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.

Our experience overall was good! The resort is new and very beautiful. The staff could have been friendlier, upon arrival the communication is limited, we had to ask about daily activities. It wasn’t until I went back to front desk that they guided me to their app. The food choices were good for an all inclusive resort. Their kids club facility is amazing, however we found they often do not stick to kids activities schedule and you don’t find out it’s postponed or canceled until you show up. We also found that the staff running the kids club can be a bit rude or cold. We didn’t drop off our daughter but when we would stay they seemed bothered by us. Lastly the beach was disappointing, very rocky, was not suitable for our 4 year old to enjoy. We spent most of our time at the pools.
