good hotel. safe and clean.

Hi it says online that it petfriendly but the staff i saw at checkout was not aware. The lady looked terrified and asked in disbelief whether i had checked in with the dog. Which I had and the lady that helped me at night had been very friendly. The day time staff however made it very clear i was not supposed to have a pet with me. The pet dog was not welcome. We I travelled all the way from the Caribbean so i made sure to research the property online. I calmly explained that it was listed as such online. My dog is small and very well behaved so it might have been the lady at the front desk the night before had not noticed the dog but i had her out on a short leash as we were leaving. Anyway the room was great. Breakfast amazing good for the price. So its a nice hotel. Just think twice before going with your pet.

The amount of noise distractions were ridiculous. A constant piano jingle you could hear in your room was like psychological torture. Then I endured the music from the lounge whilst going to bed. Then crashing and bashing both inside and out from about 5:30am. The building was hot and the room's AC struggled to keep up whilst located in a furnace. The place looked nice, but I advise caution with this hotel. Go somewhere else, everyone. I checked out and switched hotels - the first time in my life I have done so.
