Lovely hotel in a great location. Really well maintained and the room was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too.
The reception area has a really strong air freshener which I felt was over powering. Lovely scent but a little headache inducing if you ask me.
Hotel is somewhat difficult to navigate if you arrive with a car. You have to navigate your way through streets One way streets. There’s no easy way to pull up in front of the hotel and unload also if you have any mobility issues the front door of the building requires the guest to climb steps manually open doors three in fact. Saint Alban‘s is a very old city and many of the building exteriors are protected. So I don’t necessarily blame the hotel for the entrance difficulties. Once you checked in the rooms are very comfortable clean and modern the bathroom was excellent. The shower was great. Going back to the car issue. They claimed to have parking which they do however, It requires the guest to park offsite, which is about a quarter of a mile away. So, Be prepared to walk a bit.
Amazing central hotel. Everything very clean and organised. My room was huge. Enjoyed the lovely breakfast and staff was super attentive! I will definitely come back!
