A great stay :) easy check in with friendly staff, room clean, lovely breakfast. Only thing was the sofa bed wasnt uncomfortable to sleep on but only 2 nights so just made do

The hotel was really nice. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Very helpful. Our only issue was the kids running up and down the hallway. Not great at 6.30 onwards. Just what was needed by other guests…

We did have a problem with the room (ants) but the room supervisor did everything possible but as it was a weekend the problem would be sorted out on Monday. We were offered a different room but as we leaving in the morning we did not bother, all in all the staff were excellent.

1) Leakage from the washbasin. We used towels to avoid walking on water 2) Disturbed at 7:50 by cleaner wanted to clean the room. 3) No space to seat in the breakfast area as too busy and no croisant for breakfast, despite been told it was coming, which never materialised (not everybody likes English breakfast), 4)view on the petrol station ( very close). Apart from the above the staff were welcoming and pleasant.
