Clean and tidy, easy check in/check out. Location was great with it being on a retail park and only 10 minute taxi to st albans. We stayed the night before a flight from Luton and the airport is just a short (and easy) drive as well.

The room was for myself, wife and two children but the room was very small. The bedding for the sofa bed was not in the room also no pillars. However after a call to reception this was all sorted. The services was good and clean. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The hot breakfast was good. The location was convenient and also had shops within 5 min walk. I would return but double check on the size of the room.

Great for Wembley, lots of places to eat around the hotel. Colney Fox 5 mins walk away. Sainsburys, MnS, JD just minutes away. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely go again.

Its very clean and comfortable which are the main things i look for , breakfast is free also good but coffee with breakfast wasnt nice something wrong with the hot water that supplied it .

Priperty was fi e for what we required as it was a base for a local football tournamanet. It did however seem like the staff werent fond if having kids there which seems a bit odd.
