We always stay here when in St. Wndrews because of the value, location and friendly staff. Clean comfortable room and beds with good wifi and shower. It's older, one floor traditional motel but we lkke that and it's in good repair.

The bathroom was very much in need of a reno. Shower head terrible and cold water tap was backwards. Parking lot was all chewed up and the door didn't seal properly. This place needs work

The room was nice but the people next door were very noisy. They had children jumping on the beds and we could hear them clearly

Key was left in unlocked room since no staff were present for evening check-in. Several other rooms rented to male workers who sat in front of their rooms talking and smoking, though they did go to bed early. No safety lock on door. A large tour bus arrived very early in the morning and parked in the driveway - noisy. Room was ok.

Some of the electric outlets did not work in one of the bedrooms but staff supplied an extension cord to rectify the issue. Needed more air conditioning or ceiling fans. Staff was really helpful and did our laundry for a small fee allowing us more time for sightseeing!

A little out of main town but a nice property. Quiet. Felt safe. Was a coffee maker but no creamers in the mini fridge which would have been nice. Beds were comfortable. Served our needs well

Property was clean Room Was clean and bed confortable. But Shower was so small have to keep trying to turn to wash yourself off. And keep touching the shower corners with your body. Did Not like that.

This place was ideal for one night. It is basic but an excellent alternative in view of the outlandish prices some of the other establishments in the area charge. It is comfortable and clean. The person we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. All in all I would not hesitate to return.

Just OK

Adequate, bare bones hotel. Bathroom dated but clean. Needs counterspace or shelving for toiletries. Lack of outlets. Power strip and other multi plug extenders in use which is concerning. Coffee packets provided but creamer not available. Overhead lighting could use a dimmer switch or an additional lamp. Beds were adequately comfortable but headboard needs tightening. Flooring was newer laminate but floors very uneven. Man at front desk seemed inconvenienced when we checked in.

We stayed just one night at Greenside Motel on our way to Fundy National Park. The best part was the location on the way after long drive, it’s walkable to downtown St. Andrews, where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset by the water. A nice, simple place for a quick stay.
