The property is older (historic) building that’s been updated, but still needs more work. Ambience was good and walkable to every tower were there for. Food was good and other eating options nearby were great as well.

We loved our room and private balcony overlooking the street and view of the wharf by the sea. Everyone was very gracious!! We enjoyed dining there one evening. The musicians were a wonderful addition as well in the late afternoon at cocktail time!! Highly recommend staying there.

Friendly staff, interesting historical building. Excellent location. For the room price, maintenance, upkeep and cleaning requires improvement. Wait staff need training on cleanliness, don’t put your hands in the glasses to clear tables. Serving drinks holding the rim of glasses, hooking finger over the lip of the water jug. The neglect is obvious everywhere you look, except the renovated front lounge. They’re charging top-tier prices for a bottom-tier experience. If you’re going to charge the high rates, you have to at least pretend to care about the property.

We only stayed one night, but the dinner was wonderful downstairs. Staff was great and the room was large and had everything that we needed we also enjoyed the ability to walk this town and all it’s wonderful shops

We came into town really late due to some car troubles and it wasn't a problem at all. The gentleman was very friendly and made us feel welcome despite the unconventional and inconvenient hour

What a great place to stay. Room was very large. Their restaurant has amazing food and prices below other nearby restaurants. Staff is great and there is even some slot machines in the back area. Parking in the back beside building. Everything is walkable. We went whale watching on a boat tour.
