This Inn is a convenient place to stay in St. Andrews. It is on the main street close to all attractions. We have stayed twice at this establishment and it is in need of an upgrade which we understand will happen next Fall.

Convenience, very pleasant staff, friendly atmosphere. Bed very comfortable, bedroom well equipped. Rooms a bit too warm, lighting in kitchenette and bathroom could have brighter bulbs and daylight bulbs rather than yellow. Television not friendly to set up.

Lovely old-fashioned inn in downtown St. Andrew's. Room was large, and included a kitchen sink. Bathroom was small.

Everything was wonderful! My only regret was, that I didn't realize Monday was Remembrance Day and everything was closed. I hope to return in the summertime. I totally recommend!

Staff was very friendly and made checking in easy. The historic aspect of the property was interesting and it was maintained nicely. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Kennedy Inn is a historic treasure. My bed was comfortable, I got a nice welcome by staff, and the inn itself was in good shape! The small room and thin walls were from a bygone era so I appreciated that, but the 90s furniture and lack of thought around guest needs were poor. Handwritten taped signs, no bedside table and lamp, no garbage can in bathroom, no info on the area, etc etc. I could go on. Also, the live entertainment was supposed to end at 10 but it went on and on way after. I would not stay here again.

Kennedy House is an incredible historic building and since we stayed in off season, it was incredibly quiet. Theren s a restaurant on site but we did not take advantage of that. The decor is incredible with period pieces in the hallways and rooms, however it seems time to do some updates to the rooms. The bathroom really needed some work with broken and cracked tiles in the tub/shower area and baseboards needing paint. The bed was comfortable but the carpet should be replaced. The fact that it is a charming old heritage building makes it a unique place to stay, if a few updates were done.
