The best feature of this hotel is the location. The rooms had balconies with stunning views overlooking the beautiful bay. Shopping and dining were just minutes away by foot in the town of St. Andrews. We enjoyed our walks through town and trails within short distances around town. The staff was friendly and helpful in our needs. Our room had ample space and was generally clean. One small thing that we found is that hotel and rooms were a little tired in some areas but overall it did not affect our enjoyment of the room and the hotel for the 2 nights that we spent there. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in St. Andrews.

This quaint place is fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The view was simply spectacular, and it’s also very convenient to walk to the shopping area and restaurants.

The sound insulation of the property is pretty poor. If you are a light sleeper, you may reconsider choosing this Hotel. Other than that the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely Inn with balconies overlooking the water. The rooms are large and well equipped. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much.

No elevator -2nd floor stairs were steep and difficult Not great for elderly. Waterview excellent. Great location - walkable to everything. Breakfast very lame - if u could call it that. Wouldn’t tk much to step it up a notch.

Ceiling was cracking AC unit was like a diesel Bathroom fan plastic let go on us. Balcony guard rail not secure. Very disappointing experience Expedia’s rating not accurate especially for the money we paid. I think we deserve a partials refund. We are on the road for the full week but I’m worry about next Expedia’s experience

Seascape view is outstanding. Beds are comfort plus. TV not so much, cable service is inferior. Bathroom fans very noisy, Sound-proof room it is NOT. Who cares??? The view is spectacular.
