We had a comfortable stay at this place. This is a clean and affordable accommodation. Staff weee very helpful and good breakfast. It would have been better if pedestal fans were available to beat the hot weather in the night.

The staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean.

Bedrooms we had were HOT, No A/C. Small fan in room to blow hot air around. Generally the hotel seems to be in a state of constant repair. We had booked two rooms, neither TV worked. One didn’t switch on at all, the other switched on and gave sound, but had no picture - not ideal during a World Cup. I even went down to front desk, no one there but a sign giving a number to call, called the number got an answering machine. No parking on site and very hard to find parking in that area, but found parking garage (green st) not too far away (10 min walk). Overall staff were friendly and location for ocean proximity is great, but would not race to stay here again.

Smooth check in by friendly informative staff . Hotel room was great , with a lovely harbour view . Sadly the hotel was having some external work done so there was a lot of scaffolding up around the building that slightly spoiled the experience. No hairdryer in room a little disappointing. Buffet breakfast superb choices . Waiting staff wonderful Evening meal delicious- sadly no view from restaurant due to scaffolding. Afternoon tea also excellent! All in all a wonderful stay .
