Front Desk staff was exceptional. Helpful, kind, informative, respectful, understanding, friendly… all the attributes you’d want in a professional. The room was nice and the location was perfect. Wake up and enjoy Saint Augustine from the moment you leave your room.

Super LOUD MUSIC from multiple directions until wee hours of the night. Parking was 3-4 blocks away and hard to find! Very cold room with no control. Staff does not stay on site after 6pm, so you’re own your own. Free cookie at night was good. Bedroom and balcony was nice and clean. Strange breakfast with three items and no options. 1) Purple sorbet or something, 2) mushy not fully cooked biscuit with gravy on top and what looked like a tiny bit of egg under the gravy, and 3) a very mushy and greasy hash brown thing which did not taste like potato. I couldn’t eat hardly any of it. Would have been happier with fresh fruit and a muffin at least. And, they state they will charge you $15 if you don’t tell them you’re not going to this breakfast. In other words, don’t go to this breakfast, but make sure you tell them you’re not going to breakfast!

We'll be back just for the cookies!

We had the best time, Miss Barbara was super helpful and accommodating. Showed us the way to our room. The breakfast was not all fancy but man it was delicious I'm not a biscuits/gravy person but these were pretty good, but the blackberry yogurt was outstanding! Great hospitality, amazing location and overall a great stay. We will be back again. Free cookies throughout the house, so good! TM.

This particular room (#16) at this B&B is okay for a 2-4 night stay. Positives- the room was clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfasts were delicious. And of course, it is in the middle of the historic district. Negatives - The room is small and is at the back corner of the home. No closet or dresser. One window there's a view of the water heaters, the other a view of the A/C's and also backs up two a restaurant/bar that plays music until11- midnight.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a chair, but the room was small so we left it under a shelf. The breakfasts were remarkable. The owners were very nice. The location was great. We were told there were no steps to our room, however there was a total of 7. My husband has a disability and uses a scooter. The steps were a challenge. We had to leave the scooter in the car at night and assemble it each morning. If you go to sleep early, awesome music is playing until 10 o’clock PM at a local bar (11 pm on weekends)

Convenient but NOT quiet

Over all, the staff was very nice, the location was very convenient, difficult to drive to and park, but great for walking around. There is a live band playing outside your window all day long every day. We didn't mind because we enjoyed the music, but if you go to bed early, you will not get much sleep before 11pm. No options for breakfast, same food for everyone.

Charming house. Great location. Nice breakfast included in lovely light-filled room or out in the courtyard. There is an elevator at the back that they don’t mention unless you ask about it (and I was using a cane). The parking is several blocks away, and they give you a good map to find it. The oral directions were lousy.

RESERVIED THROUGH HOTELS.COM A TWO NIGHT STAY WAS $900.00+ THE ROOM WAS 12' X 13' W/O A DRESSER OR CLOSET. NO PLACE TO PUT YOUR LUGGAGE. ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM, NONE AVAILABLE. THIS IS NOT A "BED & BREAKFAST". MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED AT 30+ B&B OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS. THIS PLACE WAS THE WOREST BY FAR. THE BREAKFEST WAS A JOKE..ENOUGH SAID BEWARE. HAD DINNER AT THE DRUNKEN HORSE WAS FANTASTIC. MOVED TO THE HYATT NEXT DAY!

It is a vintage / heritage property, so the ambience of the main cottage is nice. However the back rooms are extremely extremely small and the bathrooms only have curtains, no doors. We lived in a back room on the upper floor
