Horrible conditions getting into property. The shower had no shelves or anywhere to put soap, shampoo etc. there is a huge cabinet at the end of the bed which left a narrow walkway that barely fits an adult. The lobby area is nice and breakfast is great but not much else to like

We booked a 3-night stay, but only stayed 1 night. - The parking area was dark and inadequate. One side of the lot, which was adjacent to a building under construction, was not lit at all. The entry door on that side of the building was out of order, so we had to use our phone flashlights to scan the area as we ran around to the main door to enter the hotel. - One lampshade had mold stains and the ironing board had a raised layer of white mold growing all over it. The room smelled strongly of some kind of sharp disinfectant spray. - The elevators were dirty and had obviously not been swept in a while. We did not enjoy our experience and will not return to or recommend this hotel.

The room was very small for 2 people. No closing door on the toilet/shower. It was a sliding barn door. Very tacky!!! Couldn’t hardly walk around the bed as there was not much room. This was the worst stay we have ever experienced staying at this hotel. And we have stayed here for years.

Deception, booked because they had a jacuzzi, it was out of order and no mention of it prior. Grounds very dirty and had patches everywhere, the elevator was so dirty it was sticky! The room was super clean and so was the bathroom. The staff saved the stay. Amazing room cleaners. The traffic in front of the hotel is horrible but is not their fault. The breakfast was very good and great selection.

Hotel itself was nice but the surrounding construction was less than ideal. Hotel hallways also had some wall repairs that needed to be done but rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff were very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, but i reported an issue with the door lock to my room and it was never fixed the 4 days i was there. The entire area is under construction and surrounded by shady sex stores. I was approached by people being for money on day 1. Not the fault of the hotel but it brought down the experience.

Room was nice and modern, but the comforter was dirty with what seemed to be dirt or maybe even black mold; it was black on the left side of the comforter. Also, when opening the sofa couch, there was a plastic knife when I lifted the cushion. Everything else was fine, but you’d hope your room to be completely clean.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. They served eggs, waffles, Canadian bacon, sausage, potatoes, Bagels, muffins, Danish, cereal, oranges, Apple, banana, coffee, hot coco, different selections of drinks from orange juice, cranberry juice, tropical juice. Fresh towels in the rooms everyday.

The employee who checked us in was unfriendly and unhelpful in answering questions about Nights of Lights. The hallways, elevator and room needed vacuuming and the couch in the room had stains. Disgusting. We did NOT stay there. We found another hotel despite not being able to cancel.
