Ended up in St. Augustine lasr minute wirh the family. Booked this hotel and so glad that we did. The entire staff that we came into contact with was very helpful and went above and beyond. The room was super spacious , clean, had a microwave and fridge in the room which was great for warming up leftovers and storing our food. My mom and granddaughter loved the room, and it was the perfect size for us. We were able to enjoy being in the room without being on top of each other. The location was convenient allowing us to enjoy all of beautiful St. Augustine. Definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was great and lady on duty was super personable. Only complaint would be the room was not ready because we had to go down to request bedding for the pull out couch. We did have it down there 3 of us staying there when it was booked so the hotel should have had it prepared to accommodate us.

Brand new facilities with modern decor. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable bedding. Squeaky clean. Top service by front desk attendants and personnel at the free breakfast area. Wilfredo was amazing, helping a laser focused and watchful eye to make sure the food was restocked and tending to every need you may have with the biggest, friendliest smile and passion for service I've seen. He's a keeper for sure. Close enough to dining and the historic district but far enough from the crowds to be quiet. Would recommend and stay again.
