We would definitely return. Everything was excellent. Great room, great friendly staff & great breakfast. The location is also a plus since it is only approximately 7 minutes to downtown St Augustin.

Suite hotel, and roomy bathroom and relatively larger fridge. Had a partial ocean view, walkable to beach. No kettle in room for tea, used to be a standard. My guest had free breakfast but mediocre according to them. Had a handicap van and had to pay parking $16/day at least not like in another hotels where $36/day. Even to go and see an ice show at Gaylord Palms.

Staff was amazing. Brook and Cameron at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast staff were very attentive. My grievance with this stay is the room image I booked was patio ocean view. The room we received was next to or above the laundry. You can hear and literally feel the washers on spin cycle at 7:00 am. The advertised patio was about 2 feet by 8 feet and faced the parking lot. The patio door was inoperable as it appeared to be the original from 30 some years ago and would not open without coming off the track. There was a large stain on the carpet right outside our room # 208. Two of the outlets near the headboard did not work and the TV had no remote. We are regular customers with Hampton Inn and this is the first time I was disappointed with the facility. However the staff was amazing as usual. I would still recommend this hotel if you are looking for something just steps from the beach.

There was one or two staff members that actually showed politeness and helpfulness one was Brooks in the front desk but on the date we checked out there was a very rude and unfriendly young lady That I would not return to that property ever due to her unwillingness to help customers.
