So I booked a room for 650$ for 3 nights , had to wait 10-15 mins for someone to even come to the front desk to check in , was also hit with a hidden fee of 75 dollars when checking in. Once getting into room phone didn’t work , ac kept turning off causing the room to get hot , very noisy. On top of that the breakfast was not free , it was STARTING at 10 dollars, there was only one elevator in the whole building, which would get crowded or there would be a line , very disappointing I will not be returning, and I recommend that no one else does either , take your money to a better place , first and last for me personally

The his was a great hotel and great stay. Everything was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable for me personally, but the main problem I had was a high pitch chirping sound in the room that was continuously coming from either the phone or the outlet. Drove me nuts

The hotel was clean , and the front desk lobby let us check in before the scheduled time and also let us park my car in the parking lot and walked to the beach before check in. However , there are not enough lounge chairs at the pool making very uncomfortable with so many people and not enough chairs or umbrellas at the table to shield from the hot Florida sun.

My husband and I came down for a quick getaway. We paid via Expedia. The facilities were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy & quick, and the room was very spacious. We enjoyed the room with the large garden tub. We love the amount of space in the room. We will definitely come back with our family!
