Clean Hotel!
Alana (front desk) was AWESOME. My husband and I had just left Country Inn after a terrible experience, and she made checking in a breeze. She was friendly, empathetic, and efficient. Hilton Garden is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, and has a nice breakfast.

Visited for a short family trip. It was clean and updated. There is a pool, laundry room and a gym. Front desk people were kind and professional. Pets are allowed for a fee. There is a charge for parking daily $20.

The indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. The attentiveness of the staff was awesome. The rooms were clean. The only downside is the on-site parking. It was $50/night. We found parking a couple of blocks away.

Was hoping for a better stay
The front desk staff was very friendly. The elevator broke down while we were there. The room was ok, ceiling was painted two different colors, when the door shuts you had to pull on it to make sure it closed, soap and shampoo bottles were empty in the shower. The beds were not as comfy as I had hoped for a Hilton. The fire alarm went off this morning at 4:55am and we had to go downstairs, false alarm though. Breakfast was lacking.

TV did not work on afternoon of check-in. Was told they would fix it the following day. Offered a $30 discount but still dont know if i got it since they refused to give me a printed itemized receipt. You have to pay for parking and breakfast. Fire alarm went off at 5 a.m for no apparent reason. The only complimentary thing was coffee which was full of coffee grounds, no cups. No lids. Beautiful hotel but very poorly managed. I will not stay here again.
