Are you sure this is a Hilton brand hotel?
This was disappointing as it did not measure up with other Hilton-owned hotels I’ve stayed at - at all. They never asked if I was a Hilton Honors member, either. I know I didn’t thru them but I’ve still always been asked regardless, at other locations. They charged $30 a day to park which drastically increased the cost - didn’t matter if you used valet or not, you were paying. They even have a parking garage plus a lot. It’s ridiculous. My family of four only had towels for 3 - took almost an hour to get the 4th set. Breakfast was good. Photos definitely make the pool look so much bigger. Suite is very dated - chairs are so uncomfortable- pillows are a joke - lumpy, to say the very least. HVAC worked well in the sitting area and kitchen but struggled in the bedroom so it was stuffy & had an odor from the beginning. Just didn’t feel like a suite at all. Double checked to make sure it was part of Hilton - because it just didn’t seem at all to be part of the Hilton family of hotels. One of the elevators was mostly out of service until the last day of our stay. Wayyyy over priced. Never again.
