We liked the hotel room, it was a nice layout. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff. They were not very welcoming, and the buffet style breakfast was probably the worst that my wife and I have ever experienced at any hotel property we have stayed at. All food products were over/undercooked and the bread products were partially stale. We were extremely disappointed both mornings with the breakfast products offered.

An excellent hotel—charming and retro without feeling outdated. I loved the interior decor, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is super convenient, with attractions and dining options all within a 20-minute walking distance. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

I did not know you had to pay $25 each day for parking since that is the only option and it was not mentioned on my reservation . I luckily did not go for so many days but if you are planning to go for longer time, this is definitely not it, as you will have to add on top of your reservation $25 per day you stay. The hotel is ok, no microwave on the room, which is very inconvenient for guests with small kids. Everyone was amicable until the day I was checking out and Alexandra on the front desk ruined the whole experience with her bad attitude and her obvious “not wanting to be there” behavior, which is sad because front desk personnel should be very customer service friendly, ultimately they are the first and sometimes, like in my case, last impression and the face of the hotel.I don’t think I will be going back.
