The propriety is beautiful and taken care for. The Condo is 2 floors which was great. The options for breakfast are ridiculously low. Otherwise great location and proximity to the ocean.

The resort was right on the beach with a beautiful walkway that was lined with colorful flowers. There was also a nice pool area and two spots to rinse the sand off outdoors. We also really appreciated the breakfast delivery in the morning, the beach towels, and ability to coordinate chairs and an umbrella setup on the beach. The beach bus was also a convenient way to get downtown since it stops at the resort. We would stay here again.

I thought the condo (2 story) with 3 beds would have at least 2 bedrooms, but it was one master and 2 pull out couches in the living room The free breakfast that is delivered is equivalent to gas station microwave food. I'd rather go down to the lobby and grab my own bagel, yogurt or muffin than wait for 2 maids to deliver it to each room in the resort. When we called the front desk to ask about it the worker was extremely rude and when I walked down there to see if I could just grab my food she was even ruder. She needs to be gone. The bathroom doorknob practically fell off in my husband's hand and the jetted tub had lots of rust and corrosion. The only benefit was that we could walk to the beach.

Room was quiet, albeit the walls were a little thin. Water in the shower was hot, the AC was cold. The breakfast per day was a nice surprise, although the portions were smaller than I would have expected. Still, better than nothing. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, answered any questions that arose and gave great food recommendations.

The hotel is very good except for the breakfast options which are very limited (very few options). Something very annoying happened, I was in the room resting from a long trip, this was around 10 in the morning and out of nowhere a team of air conditioning technicians appeared to provide maintenance (by the way, the air was perfect and I didn't ask for maintenance). In other words, this is completely illogical, how can they provide maintenance with the guest in the room.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and property. I opted for the ocean view with terrace and it was perfect… so quiet with a beautiful view and a short walk down a lovely landscapes path to the beach… Not too far from historic district, too which was nice.
