A celebration

I come to st.Augustine every few years for my birthday with my husband. We stayed at the hotel when it was going under new management and construction. When I came this second time around it was very cool to see the final touches. The customer service is amazing as the first time I visited. My room was clean and welcoming. It’s close to local restaurants and attractions. I have definitely found my traditional stay on my birthday with this hotel.

Do not stay here pictures are very very misleading. The pool is no bigger than a hot tub was not told till I checked in $150 dog fee could’ve stayed somewhere so much nicer for the price that I paid for this crappy hotel light fixtures were hanging off the wall outlets hanging out dirty Missing everywhere. It was just a bad bad. Time do not stay for the money no worth it

Not worth it

Expensive for what it was. Told me when we checked in they were overbooked for a King room so we got downgraded with no refund offer but instead a breakfast voucher. The entrance to our room was literally in the main lobby. Hotel was noisy, people above us were stomping around all night. Charged me $4 for a “market” purchase when I didn’t buy anything. Wouldn’t stay again, wouldn’t recommend.
