The property was ok for the price. The staff didn’t seem super welcoming but not unfriendly, they asked so many questions which was a bit odd for checking in a hotel. The room was just ok not great but not horrible. It was fine for our one night stay. It is convenient to walk to restaurants or the beach. The location was the best feature.

The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and quiet. It's close to the beach and multiple restaurants. Easily one of the most affordable in the area, however, the staff is horrible. They're rude, condescending and impatient. I'll never stay here again.

Didn't have any issues while staying here. So many restaurants in walking distance even a gas station. Room was cleaned everyday and restocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was just ok, carpet was dirty my granddaughters feet were dirty from walking on it, price was reasonable for St. Augustine night of lights, they changed for an additional car parking my daughter drove separately coming from a different area, we also left early our car breaks went bad.

Comfy budget hotel close to the beach
Overall this place was nice and comfy. Room was clean, no bugs, comfortable beds clean room. Only bad thing was our heat didnt work it was kind of cold for me. Also could of used a few more pillows. Plenty of parking. Nice short walk across the street to the beach which has a nice pier.close to restaurants and convenience stores. Good place to stay for families!

It was very good stay. I did wake up with very sore back from pillows or bed, maybe both. That was the only issue we had. Short walk to beach was awesome. We walked and dined close to motel and very convenient. Of course the excellent weather helped. I would stay there again for sure.

Fantastic location for St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine. Rode my bicycle everywhere after parking the truck. Great restaurant with music nextdoor and many choices nearby. Just across the street from the ocean Fishing Pier and south end of Anastasia State Park Beach. Price is best. Room renovated and clean. Frig, microwave. Room had adjoining doors which allowed a bit of noise from neighboring room but not bad. Pool nice and clean. Only two loungers but again not an issue. Definitely staying here again.
