It was good but taking a shower was terrible because the water did not drain as I was taking shower. So my feet was in dirty water as I was taking a shower. So gross wow. Then my girl had to take shower after me and that was even worse because the water didn’t drain. You get what u paid for !!!!!

We stay here every time we visit St. Augustine. The rooms are always clean, and the staff has always been very courteous. There is a small coffee pot for coffee in the morning, a microwave and small frig. There are several restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The fishing pier and the beach is across the street and is easily accessible.

The hotel is older, which is fine. But, the floor of room and bathroom was filthy. You would not want to walk around without shoes. The bed sheets were clean, the toilet was clean. I wiped down the floor around the toilet to try to convince myself I was being picky, it was gorgeous. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

First the good, the location was great as it’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach and there is a restaurant called Salt Life within walking distance as well and the drinks and food were amazing! Now the not so good…. Our shower stopped working and maintenance had to come fix it which was kinda crappy because we had to carry everything to our truck before we left as we didn’t know if we would be in the same room when we got back. Next…. The creepy guy who literally sits in his truck all day and night outside room 106 was definitely strange …. Thank goodness my husband was with me on this trip otherwise we would have definitely checked out early because of that guy…. Last but not least…. The maintenance guys must have taken our towels when they fixed the shower therefore we asked the “housekeeper” for more and let me just say she threw a royal fit! I could hear her screaming in the parking lot hallway area that each room only gets 4 of everything and we can’t have any more…. Thanks to the other strange guy in the hallway who calmed her down and gave us towels again…. Also middle of the night our shower curtain hit the floor and scared the hell out of us…. But that was probably the least of our worries…. Only reason we didn’t check out early and just dealt with it was the proximity to the beach and the restaurant otherwise don’t waste your time here

The room stunk! The paint was piling off the door and other places. The hotel had a very slinky feel to it. I actually felt so uncomfortable that I left. It had an unsafe feeling.
